Refund policy

At Brickaroo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

We may request photos to help assess the issue.

If confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Full refund

This is provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Missing Parts (Building Sets)

Occasionally, manufacturers may have missing pieces.

If this happens, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • The instruction page with the missing part circled
  • A photo of the circled instruction page

We will arrange replacement parts as quickly as possible. If we have the parts in stock, they are usually shipped the next business day.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on:

  • Opened building sets
  • Blind boxes
  • Trading cards or collectible cards
  • Clearance items

For unopened products, change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days, but return shipping costs will apply.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Store Pick-Up Orders

Orders marked for store pickup must be collected within 14 days unless arranged otherwise.
