Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and parcel size.
We offer:
- Free standard shipping for orders over $100 within Australia
- Standard shipping for orders under $100 will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders using:
- Australia Post
- Other courier services where appropriate
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Estimated delivery times:
- NSW Metro: 2–4 business days
- Interstate: 3–7 business days
Please note these are estimates only.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
Brickaroo is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Customs or transport disruptions
If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we will assist in contacting the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Brickaroo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if parcels are returned and need to be resent.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Store Pickup
Customers may also select store pickup when available.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
