Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-orders and Special Orders

Pre-orders or special order items may only be cancelled before the product has been dispatched from our supplier or warehouse.

If a pre-order is cancelled after it has been processed, a cancellation fee may apply to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• The name used for the order

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
